From there, we work through floor plans, exterior design, site considerations, technical detailing, and all required integrations.
Throughout the process, we coordinate directly with structural and civil engineers, MEP partners, arborists, surveyors, land use planners, and other specialists as needed. What We design
We provide building-design services for residential and license-exempt commercial structures as defined by ORS 671 and ORS 672. Our capabilities include commercial tenant improvements, license-exempt commercial new construction, residential new construction (both stock plans and custom home design), multi-family developments, cottage clusters, apartments, townhomes, and remodels or additions of any size or scope.
